We will send you a measurements document prior to production of your garment. Accurate measurements are essential for a proper fit. Your document has instructions on taking accurate measurements. For certain age groups that tend to have growth spurts, we may have you re-measure right before actual construction of your garment to check for any changes.
*We are not responsible for garments that do not fit due to inaccurate measurements being submitted or if the person has grown once measurement have been submitted. We are happy to try to rectify any fit issues due for these situations and a quote will be provided.

Most of our garments are embellished with appliqués and fine quality Austrian crystals. We do recommend GENTLE HAND WASHING in mild soap and LAYING FLAT TO DRY. NEVER put your garment in a dryer!

We carefully apply each rhinestone by hand, one at a time! Although we try to use an ample amount of glue to ensure no stones come loose or fall off, it does happen. All of our garments come with a stone bag with a small supply of replacement stones of all colors and sizes used in your creation. If any stones need to be replaced, we do recommend using E6000 glue. Just a small dot on the head of a bobby pin is generally enough. Take care not to use too much glue or it will seep out the sides of the stone onto the fabric and may be visible. Let the glue set for 10-20 minutes or so before moving the garment.
Check your stones from time to time to ensure they’re all secure.
